Analyze & realize is specialized in clinical trials and regulatory affairs, including claim substantiation for food products. As contract research organization (CRO), they have performed over 300 clinical trials with functional foods, nutraceuticals and natural products. Joerg has published 13 books, including the bestsellers Physician’s Desk Reference PDR for herbal medicines, Plant-based Ingredients for Functional Foods, over 280 scientific articles and 2 CD-ROMs etc. He is a regular chairman and speaker at international conferences, has worked as an advisor to the FDA Office of Dietary Supplements and is on the International Advisory Board of the Research Council of Complementary Medicine.
