Not all heroes wear capes. The NutraChampion Award celebrates individuals who have made a transformational impact on the nutrition industry — whether through policy leadership, scientific innovation, public education, or ingredient advocacy. This award recognises those who have gone above and beyond to shape the future of nutrition.
Entries are by nomination only and should clearly demonstrate a lasting contribution to the nutrition industry, public visibility or influence beyond the sector, and a clear commitment to advancing health, sustainability or equity through nutrition.

Judges will base their decision on a combination of:
- Evidence of a lasting impact on the nutrition industry in Europe
- Wider public recognition or public impact
- The potential for good

REQUIREMENT: Entries for The NutraIngredients Europe Awards, NutraChampion are required to have an impact in Europe .
Judging Process
- All entries need to abide to our Entry Terms & Conditions
- Once all entries have been received they will be reviewed by the NutraIngredients Europe Awards Judging Panel made up of independent judges from the industry.
- Our 2027 finalists will be confirmed and notified in early April 2027.
- Our 2027 winners will be announced during an awards' presentation in Barcelona on Wednesday 19 May 2026.
